Shirley, Donnie and I were shocked and saddened to hear of Lecky's passing. We immediately spoke of how your Lecky was such a treasure to you. He was always friendly to us and a few times he rescued me from being late for work by removing boulders of snow at the end of my driveway, left by the plough, as he saw me struggling to shovel my way out. He also made a great friend of my Uncle Lloyd on his long visit to PEI years ago now. Donnie and I could not offer our condolences in person as we were out of the province this past week. Prayers of peace to you, Mark, Owen and all Lecky's family and loved ones.

Shirley and family... So sorry to hear about Lecky's passing. HE was a great guy - had lots of laughs with him over the years between those long days with Provincial publc works (Kelsey Todd and him are likely telling stories now) & chats at the City Hall when he would drop in & of course Sam's.... My condolences to Shirley and mark. Lecky was the 1st man I ever traded Cars with. We traded my cadobra for his 1977 Monte Carlo. And that started my life of trading cars was because of him. He was a good man and will be missed. But I'm sure hes with my dad now Talk about old cars having a beer and having fun. RIP lecky till We meet again.
