I am sorry to read of Carole's passing. I worked for the federal government in the same department as Carole and enjoyed several animated discussions/disagreements with her over the years. From reading her obituary I gather I was not the only one to do so. I recall Carole once saying to me,"I'd like to match wits with you but it would not be fair to battle with an unarmed man". I remember a time when Carole went to upgrade her driver's licence so she could drive passengers in a mid-size van. A rather over zealous examiner failed her because Carole stopped at an intersection where no stop was necessary. I'm sure that on her next attempt Carole passed because she was no quitter.
