On behalf of the staff of Canadian Blood Services Charlottetown centre (Plasma clinic) we send our deepest condolences to you Jean, David and his sweet littles Elliot and Anna. Ernie was a regular donor who touched the lives of countless Canadians with his hundreds of donations. Hundreds. We got to know Ernie well and looked forward to his visits. He was so knowledgeable and loved to share with us interesting facts about the most random things. Often we would have conversations about random things when he was not here and the conversations usually ended with "Let's ask Ernie, he would know..." He talked about you all with pride and his love for you was evident. As your family mourns our family here at the clinic mourns along with you. He will be missed. We will think of him when we see the Lupins each spring, put our wood in each fall, see any one wearing socks with sandals (which we teased him about) and when we eat Rappie Pie.
