Obituary of Elizabeth Jane Doran

Elizabeth Jane Doran of Vernon, passed away peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, aged 83 years.

 

Beloved wife of John Doran and loving mother to David Doran, Maria Martens (Fred), and Robert Doran. Elizabeth is survived by her brother Russell McQuaid, her sister-in-law Mary MacDonald, several nieces and nephews, and seven grandchildren; Alies Mariah, Patrick, Rebecca, Selina, Rachael, Albert, and Daniel and four great-grandchildren; Ella, Darcy, Lily, and Jaxon.  Predeceased by her parents, Gerald Fabian and Emmeline (nee Fraser) McQuaid; sisters, Marion Benjamin, Anna, McInnis, and Margaret McQuaid Morrison and her brother Gerald McQuaid.

 

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home from where a private funeral service will be held. Interment will take place later at St. Joachim’s Parish Cemetery.  No visitation by request.
