Obituary of Edward Joseph Andrew Gallant

Edward J. Gallant of Stratford PEI, age 78 years, passed away at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre on Thursday, December 15, 2022.

Survived by his wife Thelma Gallant (Griffin) and his children Cindy Stewart (Richard) and Christopher Gallant (Alison).  Grandfather of Matthew Stewart, Liam, Brook and Cole Gallant. Brother of Freddie Gallant and Mary Gallant. Predeceased by his parents Fred and Rose (Arsenault) Gallant and by his sister Joyce Gallant.

Edward was an avid reader and his greatest love was his family.

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home from where visiting hours will be held Monday, December 19, 2022 at 10-10:45, followed by a funeral service at 11 am in the funeral home chapel.  Interment will take place later at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the Provincial Palliative Care Centre.
