Having known the whole MacDonald family for most of my life, picking one memory is hard. I have a life time of memories with them all. Jack was like a second father to me as Joan was like a second mother to me. The love they had most can only dream about and wish they had. All of their children have grown up to be such outstanding people and that goes straight back to Jack and Joan. They were such good people. Their doors were always open for anyone.
I remember the parties and the singing that went on for hours, the laughter and the memories that will live on in our hearts forever. Jack always accepted people for who they were, not who he wanted them to be, which is a rare quality and one to be admired. Especially back in the 70”s. They have left a footprint on my soul that will always belong to them. My heart will miss you, but I am at peace knowing you are back with Joan and Joanne. Love you Chris Cunning
