To Joan and family, I want to express my sincere sympathy at this sad time. It was a pleasure working with Garth and Scott at PMI. He was a great boss. It was a privilege to call Garth and all of you friends outside of work as well. Our sympathies to Garth’s family. Although we only met him and his wife Debby once in Tombstone, Arizona, in spring 2020, it was obvious Garth had a huge love for his wife and family and that he was a very genuine man.
