Obituary of Winston Spencer Younker

Peacefully at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre on Thursday, October 28, 2021 the death occurred of Winston S. Younker of Charlottetown, age 80 years.  

Loving father of James (Tanis), Doreen Robbie (Dwayne), Heather Boomhower (Anthony), Leanne Chmielewski (Aaron) and Len. 

Cherished grandfather of Chris (Krystal), Josh, Katrina, Alyssa (Blake), Megan (Layne), Kyra (Devin) and Nicole. Great-grandfather of Daymien and Cecilia.

Winston will be missed by his siblings Arnold and Louise Callbeck (Lester). Brother-in-law of Mary Younker, Allan Nelson and Nancy Younker. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his wife of 53 years Kerry J. (Nelson) Younker,  parents Douglas and Olga (MacNevin) Younker, siblings Lyle, Alma, Harry, Ira, Leon and sisters-in-law Mabel Younker, Jacqueline Nelson and Karen Nelson, niece Shannon Nelson and nephews Jeremy Lund and Geordie Nelson. 

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford.  Due to current restrictions, a private family gathering will be held (invitation only and Vax Pass required).
