Obituary of Rita Eileen Duffy

Peacefully at the Garden Home on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 the death occurred of Rita Eileen Duffy, of Charlottetown, formerly of Lake Verde, age 90 years.  

Rita will be missed by her sister Marguerite Quilty and sisters-in-law Inez Duffy and Viola Duffy. Rita will be lovingly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Fred and Mary (Smith) Duffy, brothers Joe, Jim, Jack, Charlie (Lillian) and sisters Mary Shea (Joe), Susan McGuirk (Gerald), brother in law William Quilty and nephews Ronnie Quilty, Eugene and Gerard Shea and Pat Duffy.

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford.  Due to current restrictions, a private visitation and funeral service will be held. 

Interment will take place at St. Joachim’s Parish Cemetery.
