Obituary of Hung Min Chiang

It is with great sadness that the family announces Min's passing on November 24, 2020 at the age of 89. The death occurred suddenly at his home in Stratford. Beloved husband of Mei-Chih and proud father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Min was a man of many hobbies, including painting, gardening, fishing, and writing. He loved nature and spent much of his time outdoors. He will be truly missed by his friends and family. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford. Due to current restrictions, a private family viewing will be held. Dr. Chiang taught psychology at the University of Prince Edward Island and was a favorite professor of many students. Memorial donations may be made to UPEI - H. Min Chiang Award, an annual scholarship established in his honor.
