Obituary of James Beaton

James "Glen" Beaton of Alexandra passed away peacefully at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre, Charlottetown on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at the age of 81 years. Beloved husband of Mary (Rogers). Loving father of Cindy, Wade, Brian and Michele Beaton. Cherished grandfather of Ava Beaton. Glen will also be missed by his siblings Sheldon (Linda), Dorothy Full (Gordon) and Dianne Giddings. Brother-in law of Isabel Beaton, John Rogers, Elizabeth Adams (Jay), Barb MacKay (Glen), Mary Rogers and Pauline Rogers. Predeceased by his brother Owen Beaton, brothers-in-law Gordon Giddings, Carl and Ellsworth Rogers and sister-in-law Allison Rogers. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford. Due to current restrictions a private family funeral service will be held. No visitation by request. Memorial donations may be made online to the PEI Cancer Treatment Centre of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital or the Provincial Palliative Care Centre.
