Obituary of Sheila Ann Cannon

Peacefully, with family by her side, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, the death occurred of Sheila Ann Cannon (Geddes) of Village Green, age 63 years. Beloved wife of Anthony Cannon. Proud mother of Matthew Cannon, Darcey Cannon (Sheena), Kyle Cannon (Sarah Lazure) and Paul Cotton (Angela). Loving Grammy to Amber, Jordan and Christopher Cotton and Hayden, Anna, Olivia, Dylan and Maeve Cannon. Also, left to remember her is daughter-in-law Kim Cannon, sisters Valerie Robbins Drew, Brenda Legere (Billy), Gwen Delaney (Tim), brothers Lorne Robbins (Bev), Alan Robbins (Gladys), Wayne Geddes (Kathy), Michael Geddes, step-father Bob Geddes, mother-in-law Hilda Cannon, brothers-in-law Alfred Cannon (Linda), Gerard Cannon, Christopher Cannon (Ellen), Carl Cannon, Urban Cannon (Darlene), sisters-in-law Cecelia Doiron (Gordie), Kathy Dowling, Leola McCullough (Peter), Paulette Duffy (Brian), Lois Chandler (Paul), Michelle Burley (Hugh), Rosy Cannon and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Predeceased by her grandparents Albert and Anna Robbins (Mom & Dad), her mother Norma Geddes (Robbins), father-in-law Leo Cannon and brothers-in-law Butch Drew and Ralph Dowling. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford. Due to current restrictions, a private family visitation and memorial service will be held. A special thank you to the wonderful staff of the Oncology Department at the QEH and the Provincial Palliative Care Centre. Memorial donations may be made to the PEI Humane Society, PEI Cancer Treatment Centre of the QEH or the Provincial Palliative Care Centre.
