Obituary of Cynthia Ann Murnaghan

Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Sunday, November 4, 2018 of Cynthia Ann (Cindy) Murnaghan of Rosewood Residence, age 59 years. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Murnaghan and loving mother of Sharon Duncan (Sean) and Corey Burke (Charlotte). Cherished Nanny of Parker, Ryley, Ethan, Mason and Cohen Duncan and Ammie Burke. Cindy will be missed by her father - Duncan MacKay (Olga); brothers - Todd MacKay (Cathy), Bruce MacKay (Debbie), John MacKay; sister - Cleone McDermott (Ross) and numerous nieces and nephews. Cindy will also be missed by the Burke family. She was predeceased by her mother Audrey MacKay. There will be no visitation or funeral service by personal request. All are welcome to attend a fellowship in remembrance of Cindy on Friday, November 9, 2018 from 1-3 p.m. at the Breadalbane Community Centre. A private graveside service will take place at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fort Augustus. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Funeral Expense Fund would be appreciated.
