Obituary of Jason Louis McKenna

It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing as a result of an accident on January 6, 2018 of Jason Louis McKenna of Burnaby, BC and formerly of Stratford, PE, age 40 years. Loving son of Reg and Betty Lou (Peters) McKenna; best friend and brother to Shane (Ingrid Macachor); sister - Karla (Tim Matheson); nephews - Jack, Beau and Ross; companion to Daniela Tubone; Godfather to Kobe Gibson and Beau Matheson. Jason is also remembered by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is the Grandson of the late Georgie and Peter McKenna and the late Art and Millie Peters. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford for visitation Friday, January 19, 2018 from 1-3 and 5-7 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Our Lady of Assumption Church, Stratford at 11:00 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Children’s Wish Foundation or International Children’s Memorial Place would be appreciated.
