Obituary of Teresa Agnes Corrigan

Passed peacefully at the Prince Edward Home, Tuesday, July 19, 2016 of Teresa Corrigan of Stratford, formerly of Fort Augustus, age 87 years. Teresa is survived by her stepson Gordon Barnes and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband John Barnes, parents Edwin and Rose (nee O’Connell) Corrigan, brothers - Bernard, Maurice, Jim and Eddie; sisters- Margaret Kelly, Catherine Beagan, Mary Kelly and Annie Hughes. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford for visitation Wednesday, July 20, 2016 from 5 - 8 PM. Funeral mass will be celebrated Thursday, July 21, 2016 at St. Patrick’s Church, Fort Augustus at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the St. Patrick’s Cemetery Fund would be appreciated. Completion of funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Hillsboro Funeral Home.
