Obituary of David Francis Osborne

With heavy hearts on March 27th, 2016 David Francis Osborne, 52, born August 31, 1963 in Boston, Mass., USA. Passed away at the QEH with his loving family by his side. He will be sadly missed by his mom, Linda (Weatherbie) Chappell, by his friend and wife, Carolyn Osborne and father, John Osborne. Loving brother of John (Annie) Osborne-Chappell, Steven Osborne, Kathy Chappell (Roger Wall), Janie (Chris) MacKay, Connie (Wayne) Court. Loved by his many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended families and the staff at Kent Building Supply, Charlottetown. Predeceased by his loving step-dad, Graham Chappell. David’s life long passions was to work with horses, which he did for many years in Florida. He loved every day, whether it be grooming, driving, training or any hands on work with horses was his first love. Shortly after David moved back to PEI (in the early 2000), David joined the team at Kent Building Supplies in Charlottetown. David very much enjoyed all of his co-workers and they very much enjoyed working with him. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford for visitation Wednesday, March 30, 2016 from 4 - 7 PM. There will be no funeral service as per request. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Cancer Unit at the QEH would be appreciated. Completion of funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Hillsboro Funeral Home.
