My deepest condolences to all family members. Gord and I go back a long way and we worked together for several years and learned a lot from his deep knowledge and experience. It was so good to know him and his family and share some great moments, which I will always cherish. May his soul Rest in Peace.

My condolences to the Roberts family. I had the pleasure of working with Gordon for many years before he retired. He was my first mentor, and really helped me become the person I am today. Thanks for everything Gordon. Thanks for your guidance, your patience, and your friendship.

Gord was a brilliant engineer and a true gentleman. He passed on so much knowledge to many utility folks over the past forty years. I personally learned so much on station projects with Elecsar Engineering under Gord’s leadership. Thank you Gord. My sincere condolences to all of his family.

Gordon was many things to many people. A husband, father, grandfather, friend and associate. But he was foremost my Brother! He was my buddy, pal, partner in crime! Many years of our youth were spent at our camp where many, many memories were made. I am sure that there is a place in Heaven that is designated as “Camp” and Gordon will be front and Center! Love you Brother! Rest in Peace!

Back in the mists of time Gordon baby sat my brother and I. Gordon was in high school, we were little brats. The days of CBC Hockey Night in Canada. On one occasion Gordon did a face forward drop to our kitchen floor stopping himself with his hands inches away from the floor. Totally impressive.

Gordon was a gentleman, he welcomed me into his home many times over the years. Heather was his adoring wife and my friend since we were 16 years old. I will miss his caring attitude and his welcoming smile . My partner and I went to PEI in 2022 where we spent 2 lovely weeks, he was so welcoming and friendly. He was a very lovely man and we will miss him. RIP Gordon.
