Obituary of George Charles MacWilliams

At the PEI Atlantic Baptist Home, Charlottetown on Friday, January 12, 2024 the death occurred of George Charles MacWilliams of Mermaid, age 74 years.  

Beloved husband of 51 years to Paulette MacWilliams (Campbell).  Loving father of Christopher (Amanda). Cherished grandfather of Conner and Kally. George will be missed by his sisters Florence McGonnell (Paul) and Jean MacWilliams. Son-in-law of Pauline Campbell (Neil, deceased) and brother in law of Sunday Campbell. Fondly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Herman MacWilliams and Effie (Les) MacLean, brother-in-law Gary Campbell and sister-in-law Susan MacKinnon (Willard).

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home from where a funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 10:30 am.  Visiting hours will be held Monday 5-7 pm. 

Memorial donations may be made online to Queens County Home Care or Mt. Ryan Cemetery.
