Obituary of Pat MacDonald

The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, November 13, 2023 of Pat MacDonald of Charlottetown, formerly of Poplar Point aged 71 years. Beloved sister of Emma (Frank) McQuaid and Maggie (Greg) Campbell. Dear aunt of Monica (Phil) Rafuse, Sean (Carol) and Stephen (Carolyn) McQuaid, David (Trudy) and Rob (Carolyn) Campbell and grand aunt of Lauren and Tim Rafuse, Elsa and Charlie McQuaid, Matthew and Mark Campbell and Bella, Abby, and Charleigh Campbell. She was predeceased by her parents Charlie and Ellen (Campbell) MacDonald and grand niece Sadie McQuaid. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford for visiting hours on Tuesday November 14 from 4-7 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, Nov. 15 from St. Dunstan’s Basilica at 10 am followed by an interment in St. George’s Cemetery, St. George’s. If so desired memorial donations may be made to St. George’s Cemetery Fund, Upper Room Hospitality Ministry, Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice. Flowers gratefully declined.
