Obituary of Emma Storey

Emma Gertrude Storey (Tweedy) passed away at the Garden Home, Charlottetown on Friday, October 6, 2023 at the age of 91 years. Dear mother of Harry Storey (Selenia), Veda Storey (Gordon Rogers), Alice Storey, Joyce Storey and Ian Storey. Grandmother of Keenan, Devon, Aidan, Corin, Brydan, Leith and Ivy Catherine Rogers and Larissa Storey and Joseph Storey. Emma is survived by 16 nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Edison; sons-in-law Terry Fiss and Howell Binkley and siblings Howard (Mary), Cecil (Isabelle), Matilda Richards “Tillie” (Lyman) and John (Margaret). Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford from where visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 5-8 pm. A funeral service will be held from St. Andrew’s United Church, Vernon Bridge on Wednesday at 10:30 am. Interment in the church cemetery.
