Dwayne was a special part of the Cavendish Tourist Mart family for many years and is missed by all. Our deepest condolences to all his family and friends. His Toronto Maple Leaf logos are still found around the produce room and his presence will not be forgotten.

It’s said that our eyes are the windows to our soul , if so my brother , then your eyes were the windows to heaven . Always the quiet one with a heart of gold. Now I can hear you laughing at dad’s jokes while you’re scoffing down one of mom’s home cooked meals. Let it be said that you and dad will now have the best leafs seats in the house baby !! As a kid my family would fly back to Toronto from Vancouver to visit family, we left Toronto in 1973. One year we flew back, I think Dwayne and i where 10,we all went to the metro zoo,somehow Dwayne and I had gotten lost from the family. We where roaming aimlessly trying to find our parents and we came across two mounted police. I guess our parents sent them out to find us,next thing you know they put us each on a horse with to take us back to our parents. I am so glad I have that cool memory of us as youngsters he was such a good guy. See you again cousin.
