Obituary of Craig Robert Francis Myers

With deep sadness, the family of Craig Myers of Stratford PE and Murray Harbour would like to announce his sudden passing. Beloved Son of Randy Myers (Rhonda), Kim Jones (Paul), brother to Laurel (Derek), dad to Jaxon and grandson to Elva (Bob).

Predeceased by his grandparents Edgar and Jeanette Jones, Bob Myers and his cousins Erik and Greg. He also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, a fishing community in Murray Harbour and friends.

He spent his childhood rippin’ around Stratford on his bike with his buddies and later in cars around town. He could be spotted sitting in front of the Sobeys on University Avenue with his buddies.

Whether he knew you for ten minutes or ten years- you were family. He had a big heart and loved very deeply, he gave whatever he could to anyone who asked. But, best of luck to anyone who thought they could out-talk him. He loved working with his dad building houses, fishing, and working on cars.

He moved to Murray Harbour later in life where he leaves behind a community that welcomed him with open arms and made it feel like home.

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford from where visiting hours will be held on Friday, June 19 th from 4-7 pm. A celebration service of Craig's life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday June 20th at 10:30 am.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Craig’s name to a charity of your choice.
