Obituary of Howard Ross

Peacefully and surrounded by family at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, March 5, 2026 the death occurred of J. Howard Ross of Charlottetown, age 85 years.  Beloved husband of 61 years to Kaye (Campbell). 

Loving father of Steven (Michelle) and Kent (Tracey). Cherished grampy of Samantha, Dawson, Emma, Jenaya and Aiden. Brother of Alice Gillis. Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents John A. and Theresa (Frizzell) Ross of Belfast PE, his sister Mildred Casey (Alfred) and by his brother in law Preston Gillis.

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home from where visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 from 4-6 pm. A Funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, March 11 2026,  at 11am.  The funeral is available for viewing online by clicking on the funeral tab.

Interment will take place later at the Belfast Cemetery.
