Obituary of Leonard Michael Murnaghan

Peacefully at home on Thursday, February 5, 2026 the death occurred of Leonard “Lenny” Murnaghan of Tarantum, age 72 years.

Lenny will be missed and remembered with love by his siblings;  Beatrice Murnaghan, Marlene Doiron, Genevieve Walker (Preston), Helen Panchuk (Robert), Thomas Murnaghan (Cathy), Leo Murnaghan, Barb Hennigar (Kevin), Cecil Murnaghan (Terry) and numerous nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews. Predeceased by his parents Andrew and Mary (Doyle) Murnaghan; siblings Loretta Griffin, Kenny, Freddie and Eugene (Betty) Murnaghan, William and Patrick Murnaghan in infancy; brother-in-law Earl Doiron and sister-in-law Cindy Murnaghan.

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home.  No visitation or funeral by personal request. 

A graveside service will be held at the Mount Ryan Cemetery at a later date.
