Obituary of Frank Duguay

With deep sadness, we announce the death of Frank Duguay of Stratford at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Sunday, December 21, 2025. Frank will be remembered by his loving partner Estelle Johnson, and his children; Kathleen Duguay (Gord Lemon), Carolyn Johnston (Quen), Toban Duguay and Dane Duguay. He was the much loved “PEI Grampa” to Clara, Ross and Blake Lemon and “Grandpa Frank” to Halle and Mia Cooper and Willie Johnston. He will be deeply missed by Craig and Michael Johnson and the Campbell family. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford. No visiting hours or funeral by personal request. Memorial donations may be made online to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation.
