Obituary of Vernon Milroy Morris

Peacefully and surrounded by family at the Whisperwood Villa on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, the death occurred of Vernon Milroy Morris of Stratford, formerly of Simcoe Ontario, age 101 years.  Vernon was a veteran of World War II.

Loving father of Douglas (Joyce) and Judy Gosson. Cherished grandfather of Jennifer, Scott, Ashley, Tammy, David and Doug. Great-grandfather of thirteen great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. Vernon will be fondly remembered by his brother Clarence, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his wife Doris Morris (Sparling), daughter Deborah Morris, son-in-law Ronald Gosson and brothers Cecil, Robert and James.

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home.  No visiting hours or funeral by request.
