Obituary of Robert Troy Jenkins

Peacefully and surrounded by family at the Moncton Hospital on Monday, December 8, 2025 the death occurred of Robert Troy Jenkins of Pownal, age 59 years.  

 

Beloved husband of Mary Joy Jenkins (Allen).  Loving father of Brendan, Kayla Stewart (Bryce) and Cameron. Cherished grandfather of Sophia and Lochlan. Dear son of Gail Jenkins (Sheidow). Brother of Doug (Jenny) and Randy (Patti). Son-in-law of Lovelyn Allen (MacNeill) and brother-in-law of Phillip Allen (Lisa) and Ross Allen. Uncle of Ben, Ethan, Noah, Ben and Lily. Predeceased by his father Richard Jenkins, sister Susan, and father-in-law Everett Allen.

 

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home from where visiting hours will be held Friday, December 12, 2025 from 4-6 pm.  A Funeral service will be held at St. Andrew’s United Church, Vernon Bridge on Saturday at 11:00 am.  Interment will take place later in the church cemetery. Memorial donations may be made online to the Cancer Treatment Centre of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital or The PEI Wildlife Federation.
