Obituary of Cecil Campbell

At Andrews of Stratford on Friday, September 12, 2025, peacefully and surrounded by the love of his family, the death occurred of Wilfred “Cecil” Campbell of Stratford, age 80 years.  

Beloved husband of Elaine (Campbell). Loving father of Randy (Jackie Smith), Scott (Christine Bell), Tracy Campbell and Krista Campbell (Kevin Reynolds). Cherished grandfather of Reese Campbell, Jenny Campbell and Jonny Smith. Cecil will be missed by his siblings Clare (Linda), Ken (June), Pat, Gus (Diane), Gerard (Ann), Mary Elizabeth Myers (Garth), Peter, Anne Marie Parent and Andy (Betty). Brother-in-law of Shirley Campbell, Aggie Campbell, Greg (Maggie), Erroll (Darlene) and Brenda "Boo" Campbell.  Predeceased by his parents Wilfred and Edith (Rice) Campbell, parents-in-law George and Peg (MacPherson) Campbell, brother Bennett and brothers-in-law George and Glenn Campbell. 

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home from where visiting hours will be held on Sunday, September 14, 2025 from 2-5 pm.  A Funeral Mass will be held from Our Lady the Assumption Church on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 11 am.  Interment will take place in the parish cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made online to the Alzheimer Society of PEI.
