I loved and will miss my cousin Cecil. I am grateful that I had an opportunity to visit with him last summer while I was on the Island. We recalled the tuna fishing trip Ted and I went on with Cecil , Elaine and their friends. A trip we often thought of throughout the years. Cecil would often visit my parents (Russell & Leona Rice) in Toronto and Ted and I would meet him there. Our deepest heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to his loving family and friends. You will be missed.

To the Campbell Family’s My sincere condolences on the passing of Cecil. He was a mentor for me when I started work in Ch’town in the 80’s. we would work on projects than he had on the go in the evenings. I never heard of his passing till yesterday and was so disappointed not to have seen the family’s at the wake and funeral. He was a great inspiration to all who knew him and worked with him.
