Obituary of Jessica Erin Margaret Hardt

With broken hearts, the family of Jessica Erin Margaret Hardt of Charlottetown announce her death on Monday, August 4, 2025, age 33 years. 

Loving mother of Jake and Maggie Moore and step-mother of Peyton Hardt. Daughter of Christine Townsend (Jonathan). Jessica will be missed by her sister Kendell Hardt. Granddaughter of Betty and Donnie McTague and Merle Hardt. Fondly remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home.  No visitation by request.
