Obituary of Alexander "Sandy" Slade

Peacefully and surrounded by his family at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre, Charlottetown on Sunday, July 20, 2025 the death occurred of Sandy Slade of Mermaid, age 37 years.

Loving son of David and Margaret Slade and brother of Kaitlyn (Joshua) and Aaron (Kendall). Uncle of Eliana, Asher, Adelaide, Esme and Beatrice. Godfather to Ender Airey. Grandson of Mary Slade of Bellville Ont. Fondly remembered by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Predeceased by his grandparents Harold Slade, Beverly and Gertrude McDougall.

Sandy spent his adult lifeserving othersas a social worker and was founder and CEO of ADHD PEI.

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home. No visiting hours by personal request.

A celebration of life will be held August 15th at 2pm at Christ Central Church, 140 Clark St in Fredericton, NB may be viewed with this link.
