Obituary of Russell Dennis Murnaghan

At home on Monday, June 23, 2025 the death occurred of Russell Dennis Murnaghan of Donagh, in his 63rd year.  Beloved husband of Joanne (Coyle).  Loving father of Melissa Murnaghan (Desmond), Crystal MacIntyre (Ryan) and April Murnaghan.  Cherished grandfather of Jase, Madison, Sophia, Olivia, Gavin and Rowan. Russell will be missed by his sisters Rita Corrigan, Carol Callaghan and Lois Kenny.  Brother-in-law of Melvine Murnaghan. Fondly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews. Predeceased by his parents Dennis and Viola (Trainor) Murnaghan, his brother Lornie Murnaghan and brothers-in-law Joe Corrigan, Francis Kenny and Kevin Callaghan.

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home.  No visiting hours or funeral by request. A celebration of life will be held at 847 Tarantum Rd. (old homestead) Saturday, June 28, 2025 from 2pm - 5pm. Memorial donations may be made online to Addiction Services.
