Obituary of Gerald Stewart MacRae

Peacefully and surrounded by his family at the Kings County Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 the death occurred of Gerald Stewart MacRae of South Pinette, age 69 years.  Beloved husband of Jean MacRae (Gillis).  Loving father of Robert (Sarah), Mitchell (Kenzie) and Laura Shephard (Lee). Cherished grandfather of Elliot, Fergus and Brody. Gerald will be missed by his sister Glenda Duncan (Wendell). Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home.  A funeral service will be held at St. John’s Presbyterian Church, Belfast on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 2:30 pm. Interment will take place in the parish cemetery. No visiting hours by request. Memorial donations may be made online to the Belfast Cemetery.
