Sincere Condolences to Susans Family at this difficult time. I remember hearing of her living / boarding in what is now my family home, years ago when she taught in Johnstons River school.I met this lovely lady in later years when she sold us an Encyclopedia also would visit our home with her friend Terese Corrigan ( my late husband's aunt ).. and on other occasions.. May she RIP.

My sincere condolences to all the the Mac Aulay and Chaisson family. I am a first cousin living in B.C.. I have fond memories of my cousin Lula and of her being my teacher in grade 8 I think it was. The english grammar that she so diligently tried to get me to grasp to no avail, but she had the patience of job as they say!!! I also remember her giving me a hair perm at lunch time and coming to school in Emmet's big dump truck. One beautiful lady she was!!!! Celeste Veld

To all Susan's wonderful daughters please accept my condolences at the your mother's death. I so vividly remember the hours spent at your house in Souris, her hospitality and joy in all of you. We never met after your childhoods but I heard so much about your mom's success in promoting encyclopedias, her hard work and care for all of you. She was so proud of all her grandchildren and great grandchildren and delighted in bragging about all your achievements. Dear Sharon and all your sisters, My deepest condolences to all of you. How I remember visiting your home in Souris with my mom, Ramona Doucette, when we lived in Rollo Bay. Your dear mother has touched so many …. I first met Susan when she helped me with canvassing for Cancer Society… a long time ago. Then I’ve had the privilege to get to know and work with her lovely daughters Brenda, Michelle, Sharon and Frances. Our paths crossed in many ways and what a lovely legacy, Susan has left you all.
