Obituary of Donald Barry MacPhail

Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 the death occurred of Donald Barry MacPhail of Canavoy, PE in his 70th year.  

Cherished husband of Debbie (Macdonald) MacPhail, beloved father of Kenny MacPhail, Veronica Powell(Adam), Vanessa MacPhail, and Victoria MacPhail. Lovingly remembered by his 4 grandchildren Hayden, Maverick, Vienna, and Maxim. Dear brother of Darlene Thompson (Walter) Debbie Gay (Keith) Colleen MacPhail, Douglas MacPhail and Valerie Wareham (Greg). Predeceased by his parents Donald and Shirley MacPhail and brother Dale MacPhail.

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home.  By family request there will be no funeral or visitation but there will be a private celebration of life at a later date.

The family would like to thank the medical and support staff of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Unit 1 for all the care and compassion that they showed during this trying time.
