Obituary of Jeff MacLennan

We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Jeff MacLennan of New Haven, PEI, who was taken from us suddenly of a heart attack on March 9, 2025.  Loving husband of Nancy (McKenna), cherished son of Charles and Isobel MacLennan. Devoted father of Jordan, Zachary (Savannah), and Carter. Grandfather to Sadie, who’s addition to his family brought so much joy to his life. Brother and best friend to Christina (Keith) and Kurt (Susan). An uncle who was loved so much by his many nieces and nephews.

Jeff was a passionate third generation car dealer who carried on the tradition started by his grandfather in Summerside in 1955. He enjoyed being able to share his knowledge and insight regarding his business with the next generation. Jeff felt that the people he worked with were more than just staff. They were his friends. 

Jeff’s biggest priority in life was his family and making sure that they were cared for and happy. He had an amazing ability to bring joy and laughter to others. Jeff was always ready with kindness and support for the people he loved. 

The family will be mourning Jeff privately. At their request, there will be no visitation or service. To honour Jeff, we suggest providing an act of kindness or a donation to a charity of your choice.
