I was shocked and saddened to hear the news about Jeff and my sincere condolences go out to Charlie and Isobel, Christina, Kurt, Nancy and their children.
In my early years I was very fortunate to call Jeff a close friend. He and I and the Elliot Park crew had a wonderful time doing what kids are supposed to do……build forts and play street hockey with some minor shenanigans in between. Jeff had a wonderful laugh and was one of the warmest, most genuine people I’ve ever known. I was also honored to have been in he and Nancy’s wedding.
Thank you to Jeff, Charles, Isobel, Christina, Kurt and Nancy for the wonderful memories.

With a heavy heart I share my condolences to the family … such a young soul lost .. I have had the pleasure of knowing Jeff as a young boy as I grew up in Elliot park down the street from Jeff and his family … I remember being hired to babysit jeff and his siblingins in my teen age years . There where many weekends filled with hanging at the mailboxes , school bus rides , biking and playing hide and seek with the all the kids in the neighborhood along side of Jeff … such a funny and light hearted guy memories I cherish … he will be very much missed by all who loved him

Sincere sympathy to Nancy and her sons, daughter in law and granddaughter, to Jeff's parents, Charlie and Isobel, and siblings - Kurt and Christina as well as Susan and Keith who loved Jeff as a brother. Jeff was a fun uncle to his nieces and nephews and miss him deeply. This is a sad loss for Charlottetown Toyota's staff too. I will never forget the day I met this guy.I was 13 yrs old waiting to be picked up at hockey school.Standing there with my colleagues we see this white Porsche approaching. In amazement the car stops right in front of us and out jumps this big dude , suddenly yells “anyone know Gordie McKenna? I spoke up and he orders me into the car, then aunt Nancy pokes her head out and says “it’s alright Gordie , meet my boyfriend Jeff! 20 mins later I was behind the wheel with Jeff laughing at how comfortable a 13 yr old kid was driving over 100 mph!
Jeff you were always up for a great time and thank you for always being there for me and my family, rest easy bud!
