Our condolences to Elaine, Gemma, Denice and family. Joe will be fondly remembered as a great guy and neighbour from many years ago in Kinross. He was a comfort to mom as she spent her final days at the Palliative Care Centre late last year. They enjoyed their card games as they reminisced about the old Kinross days.
