Obituary of Betty Jenkins

The death occurred peacefully with her husband by her side at the Prince Edward Home on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 of J. Elizabeth “Betty” Jenkins (Leithead) of Stratford, age 90 years.

Beloved wife of Garth Jenkins. Dear mother of James (Theresa), Jane Jenkins and Garth E. (Irene). Grandmother of Lyndon. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Albert and Mary Leithead (Samson) and by her sister Margaret MacNaughton (Douglas).

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home from where visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 3-5 pm. A funeral service will be held from Park Royal United Church on Friday at 10:00 am.  Interment in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.

Memorial donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
