Hillsboro Funeral Home & COVID-19

At Hillsboro Funeral Home we are taking the health and safety of our staff and the community we serve very seriously. We know the value of honoring the loved ones in our community and we will make every possible effort to help you do this within this current situation. Your loved one, family members, our staff and the public at large are our priority and we will be doing what we can through extra cleaning and sanitizing throughout our funeral home to make it safe for those who enter.

Due to the current outbreak of COVID-19 we are no longer operating on regular business hours and by appointment only. We are requesting that any non-essential services, that can wait until another time following this outbreak, be put off until these restrictions have been lifted. As always, if  you have an immediate need  we will be here for you but by appointment only and with a restricted number of family members that may attend the arrangement conference.

Please do not come to our funeral home if you are feeling ill or if you have been in contact with anyone who may have been in contact with the virus.

The following is the current Order that has been given to funeral homes across Prince Edward Island by the Chief Public Health Office and Hillsboro Funeral Home will be following the directive from their office until further notice.

Thank you in this effort to help contain the spread of COVID-19.
